1. Software Engineer:
Job Duties:
Gather and analyze user requirements, develop, test and implement software applications,
system analysis, design testing and coding. Evaluate user requests for new or modified
programs, compatibility with current systems and computer capabilities Provide software
support to clients which include testing debugging and modifying software as per
the needs of clients. Write documentation to describe program development.
Required:
Masters or foreign equivalent in CS, CA, MIS, CIS, Engineering (Any), Math, Science
or any related field. Required travel/relocation to various client sites throughout
the USA.
2.Business Analyst
Job Duties:
Analyse business process, tracking and planning of software projects and evaluate business functional requirements, handling Customer relationships issues and studying software development process. Recommend improvements and Gathering business requirements for software projects. Assist Management in analyzing management procedures to operate more efficiently and effectively.
Required:
Masters/Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Science, CS, CA, Business Management, Engineering (Any), or related field of study.
3.Programmer Analyst
Job Duties:
Understand and analyze performance requirements and interfaces; Convert requirements to business and technical specifications; Analyze information to determine, recommend and plan computer specifications and layouts. Analyze program requirements and operation procedures to improve existing systems as per program objectives. Provide post-implementation support.
Required travel/relocation to various client sites throughout the USA.
Experience:
2 years of experience in related field.

4.Project Analyst
Job Duties:
Plan, coordinate and direct IT projects. Perform mapping, servicing, providing necessary support to oversee the successful implementation of projects. Will conduct business process analysis, plan and design solutions for the accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the project. Will also coordinate activities relating to scheduling, technical developments occurring in the projects. Make recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures and organizational changes in the projects that he/she will be involved in.

Experience:
Required 2 years experience in the job offered or related field with same or similar job duties, but given another designation.

5.Business Systems Analyst
Job Duties:
• A business systems analyst acts as a liaison among all stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems. • Analyses business needs of clients, analyses the business problems and proposes solutions for the same. • Actively involved with the business on improving existing processes and proposing new solutions and IT tools to implement the same. • Gathers business requirements from the business and communicate to the service providers in their language. • Translates business requirements into technical specifications for providers of services to the enterprise (IT team). • Prepares various documents required for building and improving information systems ranging from Request for Proposals(RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), Project Initiation Document, Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements, User Requirements and Non-Functional Requirements. • Has a thorough knowledge of the SDLC cycle and works through the entire SDLC cycle of the project with all stakeholders. • Has knowledge of all software development methodologies like RUP, agile, scrum etc. and follows them as the need may be. • Has an in depth knowledge of writing use cases and drawing UML diagrams, process diagrams, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams or any other technical diagram that might be required during the course of the project. • Possesses command over analytical and quality control tools required to solve problems and design systems as solutions. • Have a command over Process control tools used in software development like Rational tools and Sourceforge. • Has control over the requirements and maintains a requirements traceability matrix. • Has knowledge of concepts of Database Management Systems (DBMS), data warehousing, reporting and Object Oriented Programming (OOPS). • Involved in User Acceptance Testing(UAT) with UAT plan, UAT script and being a liaison in solving any business or technical issues that may crop up during the phase.
